The Best Night of the Month
For the past two months, there has been one night that I have been looking forward to more than any other: KARAOKE NIGHT!
I think this may be a throwback to my university days when every Wednesday night was spent with a good group of friends singing songs at the Nox. I miss those days.
Plus, this also gives me a chance to keep in touch with a lot of friends from my acting classes. I feel I don't spend nearly as much time with them as I would want to.
We will definately be doing it again and I think I may post it up here. This way I give the opportunity to other artist friends who may not be on my email list to come out, sing a song, drink a beer, and talk about art in Ottawa (one of my fav topics! :p)
For those of you who ARE on my email list, Jessica was kind enough to send us photos from the night and I've sent you all of the highlights.
