Plus ca change...

Show of hands, who actually thought that I was going to take a break once my job was over?

I'm less than a week from being done and I already have a new job lined up. I will be working for ACT as Claudia's assistant.

The pros:
I get a job related to my field. I get first hand knowledge about upcoming productions coming to Ottawa. I get to meet and network with people who have common artistic goals and/or who happen to be established in the business. I get a flexible job that will make my acting career its priority. I won't have to take money out of my RRSPs to pay rent.

The cons:
I haven't figured those ones out yet. There will probably be moments of high stress but I've delt with those before.

So right now, I'm going to go into this with a positive attitude and I'm sure everything will work out just fine.
