Big Week Ahead

Well, not only is this a 4 day work-week, it also turns out to be a pretty busy one career-wise for me. First of all, there's my job interview (which has not yet been rescheduled but should be by the end of the day). Then I have an audition in Montreal on Wednesday. I'm really nervous and excited about that one. I also received two emails last night that add to my week.

For one, I've got a call-back on Friday for a film entitled Antinomy. The audition went super well so I'm not surprised I got a callback. They also sent me the script and it's a lot of fun. It's pretty funny and yet disturbing at the same time. A lot of references are made to Scarface, Heat, Goodfellas and Reservoir Dogs. I was intrigued. The part I'm up for is fairly small, but I would be happy just to be involved.

My second email was from Phil who directed a short film I was in that was shot in October. He told me the editing is all done except for the sound and the credits. He actually wants me to come over and re-record some of the dialogue because he wants to use it as a voice over instead. That should be done over the weekend.

I'm also expecting my headshots to come in the mail at some point this week. I'm really excited about that.

Oh and this Saturday my old roomate Karine will be in Ottawa on a layover flight (she's a flight attendant) and we're going to hang out. I cannot wait!
