Weekend Recap
I know, I know, it's been a while since I posted (at least by my standards - yes, this is another jab at Eric :p). The weekend was just so packed that I didn't have a moment to sit down.
The last couple of shows for Possible Worlds went incredibly well. The sick feeling I had been fighting for the past two weeks finally caught up with me on Saturday morning, shortly after walking twenty minutes in the snow, in heels, uphill to get to a photo shoot. However, I think it actually helped my performance since I had to work twice as hard to keep my focus.
On Sunday, after sitting out of singing practice with the Salamanders (and being put on the other side of the room in my invisible "quarantine" bubble, so as not to get anyone else sick), they sent me to take a good nap, since I had a show to do that night. That was really nice of them. I also found out who I would be playing in Measure. I had a sneaky suspiscion that since the class consists of a majority of girls, I would be playing a man's role. At least it means I can cut my hair if I want to. For those who are curious (ie. Kris), I will be playing Escalus.
Despite the fact I was busy trying not to let my sneezes be heard in the "wings", preventing my voice from cracking as best I could, and making sure I didn't snot all over my scene partner (attractive, I know), the show went really well.
I'm glad it's done though. I need a break. Being sick sucks, but I'm taking full advantage of the rest time I'm getting. Finally.

Yeah, and how long will this "break" last? I bet it won't be long!

Ok ... I've posted now... you can return to regular "Eric Sucks" taunting, versus "Eric never posts, and therefore sucks" taunting.
