Yesterday was my birthday and to be honest, I didn't really care that much. I guess that means I'm really not a kid anymore. To tell you the truth, because I had no expectations whatsoever, I ended up having a very nice time. And I got quite a few nice presents to boot.
But enough about that.
Unfortunately, it seems I will not be doing any background work this week and I'm pretty disappointed about it. Everything was a go until my agent called to inform me that the extras they needed also needed to have cars. As for the second day, well they were only taking union people for that.
That really sucks. I'm pretty frustrated in many ways about being non-union and how quite a few doors seem to be closed because of it.
My goal? My this time next year, to get my first union credit.
But enough about that.
