Being a Grown-up is pretty overwhelming

As I've mentioned previously, I'm applying for another position at the University of Ottawa. The thing is, I am feeling completely overwhelmed about this. My current boss has been trying to help me out by going over my resume. The problem is, as he pointed out, my resume is fine for student jobs, minimum wage positions, ect. Also, having hired quite a few students for jobs this year, I know that my resume is on the high end of that particular spectrum. However, I'm applying for a grown-up job. And right now, my resume isn't very grown-up.

Combine that with very little sleep, and a diet that has been consistent of mostly coffee/other caffenated beverages and pizza, and I'm in a pretty freaked out stage right now. I kinda just want to crawl into bed and stay there until the deadline for this position is passed. But then again, that's not a very grown-up thing to do.

I don't think I want to be a grown-up right now. Can I go back to the days where I had no real responsibility other then making sure the floor at my mom's store were clean? Can I go back to the days where I didn't have bills to pay? Can I go back to the days where I could go out drinking 5 days out of 7 and never get sick, or have to get up in the morning for that matter? Can I go back to the days where fast food was considered a treat rather than a key component to my diet? Can I go back to the days where I didn't have to buy an Adult bus pass?
