Preconceived Notions
It was silly of me, really. I should have known better. When you go into a new show, script in hand, you cannot have any preconceived notions about your character or how things will play out because 9 times out of 10 you will be wrong.
And boy was I wrong!
Well, not necessarily wrong, but just way off in terms of what the director has in mind and what we have been discovering in the script itself.
So now, I have to forget about everything I might have already come up with for the Fringe and start over from scratch.
We still have plenty of time right?

Plenty of time? Well, Stewart hasn't finished writing his show yet. And his standard rehearsal period is two weeks. So, yeah, lots of time.

Oh good!
I'm glad it's not time to worry just yet.
