I Don't Feel Ready

We move everything from the rehearsal hall to the stage next week and I don't feel ready. Truth is, my job has taken up so much of my time that I haven't been able to just focus on the show. I show up tired to rehearsals and my mind is definately not on the work I should be doing. Also, Darcy misses me. And I miss him. We've been trying to plan some sort getaway together for a while now but my job at the university always got in the way. Things were supposed to be different now. More peaceful, with rehearsals and a clean home.

But at least all that is going to change now. Claudia is back and I've decided to take a nice long break where I can focus, finally, on my acting.

I've also turned off my cellphone, for two reasons. On the one hand, the ringtone was driving me crazy; on the other, my bill will be astronomical and so I don't want to be making it any higher.

If you need to reach me, you can still leave a message on my cell, I just won't have it on during the day.
